**Members Only** PC, a top civil litigation firm with over 100 attorneys, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team. As a litigation paralegal at **Members Only**, you will provide case support to assigned attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. This includes preparing written materials, conducting legal and factual research, proofreading briefs, filing documents in state and federal court, and organizing documents for deposition preparation. You will also have the opportunity to provide support for trials and appeals, as well as organize and maintain physical and electronic files.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in complex federal cases, ideally including class actions. You must have experience in federal court and be able to manage high volumes of discovery, coordinate complex filings, and file electronically. Attention to detail is a must, as well as proficiency using Westlaw, iManage, and Everlaw.

We understand that litigation can involve time-sensitive assignments, and we are looking for someone who is willing to work late on occasion as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent time management skills in handling multiple deadlines simultaneously and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

In addition, we are seeking someone with professionalism in interactions with clients, attorneys, staff, and others. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must, as well as strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
