Job Title: Entry Level Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with various aspects of their case, including answering questions, scheduling appointments, and retrieving pertinent information.
- Documenting all work done on cases.
- Sorting and filing pertinent documentation relevant to each case.
- Making 20 outbound calls per day to clients to provide status updates.
- Responding to internal and external customers promptly and courteously via email or phone call.
- Drafting and sending documents through email, fax, or post.
- Utilizing various tools and software, such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, E-mail, and more.

Education and Experience Information:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Sales experience is a plus.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish is ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to establish a routine and manage time effectively.
- A go-getter with a results-driven mentality.
- Exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
- Comfortable with computers, email, note-taking, and other clerical duties.
- Comfortable on the phone with high volume calls.
- Experience with outbound/inbound calls.
- Detail-oriented with great organization skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and technology.

Salary Information:
- Pay: per hour.
- Expected hours: 40 per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
