Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be calendaring court appearances, deadlines, and depositions. Coordinating of depositions with witnesses and counsel. Drafting of subpoenas. Expert retention and deposition coordination. Drafting correspondence, pleadings and discovery. Service of pleadings and discovery. Researching regarding prior businesses, products, property and/or potential witnesses. Reviewing and summarizing medical records. Assisting in preparing cases for trial. Bachelor's Degree and/or ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate is required. Should have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation. Prior insurance defense experience is a plus.
