Job Title: Associate: Health Care & Life Sciences

Job Responsibilities:
The position entails working as a mid-level associate within the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice at the law firm. The primary responsibilities include:

- Working on white collar litigation matters, particularly in the health care sector
- Understanding and applying health care fraud and abuse laws and regulations, such as the False Claims Act, the Antikickback Statute, and the Stark Law
- Engaging in civil and criminal litigation with a focus on government investigations
- Conducting witness interviews and performing legal research
- Analyzing complex evidence and managing document reviews
- Writing briefs and investigative reports
- Drafting pleadings and preparing and arguing motions

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have a minimum of four years of relevant experience in litigation
- Solid experience in civil and criminal law is required
- Strong academic credentials are essential
- Excellent communication and writing skills are mandatory
- Admission to practice law in at least one of the following jurisdictions: New Jersey, New York, Washington, DC

Salary Information:
- The expected salary range for this position is $240,000 - $290,000
- Offers typically are not made at or near the top of the range
- Salary offers are based on factors such as relevant skills, training, experience, education, and obtained licensure or certification
- Market and Firm factors are also considered in determining salary
- In addition to the base salary, the position includes a generous employee benefits package and eligibility for a discretionary bonus
