Responsibilities:
- Work on energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and M&A matters
- Collaborate with a global team of over 150 attorneys at **Members Only**
- Connect with peers and mentors to integrate into client teams
- Participate in top-notch training and mentoring programs, retreats, and academies
- Shadowing opportunities and more to support professional and personal growth
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A
- Strong academic credentials and experience at a major law firm preferred
- Member of the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, . Bar preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range between $260,000 and $365,000
