Job Responsibilities:
As a Summer Associate at the law firm, you will be introduced to substantive legal work and participate in a variety of tasks across different practice areas. This program is designed to enhance your legal education by providing practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world legal scenarios. You will work closely with experienced attorneys, gaining valuable insights into client interactions, case management, and legal strategy. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
- Drafting memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and case strategy sessions.
- Collaborating with attorneys on complex transactions and litigation matters.
- Attending and contributing to internal training sessions and workshops.
- Assisting in pro bono projects and community service initiatives.

Education and Experience Information:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, with completion of at least one year of law studies by the start of the summer program.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and client service.

Salary Information:
The 2026 summer associate salary will be based on a pro-rata calculation of entry-level associate compensation, which is currently between $115,000- $120,000 (based on location). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
