Job Title: Case Manager Assistant - Personal Injury

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Case Managers in the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department to develop client cases for maximum settlement outcomes.
- Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
- Request police reports and medical records.
- Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate client transportation.
- Verify balances with providers.
- Prepare files for submission to demand writers.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
- Experience with Litify or Salesforce is a significant advantage.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
