Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other litigation-based documentation. Aid attorneys in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Draft and finalize real estate and transactional documentation at direction of attorney. Draft and revise formal correspondence. Schedule case events as it may pertain to discovery and case management, including depositions, hearings, and mediations. Maintain attorney's schedule with direction from attorney. Schedule client meetings and communicate with clients daily. Communicate and schedule matters with Judicial Assistants and Court Administrators daily. Assist with entry of billing entries and generation of invoices. Organize and maintain electronic client files. Perform conflict checks and open new client matters in practice management system. Should have 2-4 years of Business Litigation or Civil Litigation experience. Should be licensed to work in Florida.
