Law Firm Seeks Trust and Estates Administrative Assistant in Boston, MA

Position Summary:

- Immediate full-time opening for a Trusts and Estates Administrative Assistant at a highly selective, global law firm.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient candidate with prior law office experience preferred.
- Will work in office Monday through Friday and support Boston attorneys as well as other partners and legal support department.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

- Manage reception area, answer and route (k) with matching.
- Dental, health, vision, and life insurance.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday.

Experience:

- 3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- 2 years of law office experience required.
