Overview:
- Orrick is currently seeking a Regulatory and Insights Analyst for their Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement (SAGE) business unit.
- The position is available in any of Orrick's . offices or as a 100% remote position.
- The analyst will be responsible for legislative tracking and providing insights for the SAGE team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize all legislative and regulatory tracking within SAGE.
- Coordinate and streamline tracking requirements, identifying efficiencies and consistency.
- Integrate tracking into internal platforms to improve accessibility and streamline work.
- Optimize use of existing data sources and identify new sources for improved tracking.
- Collaborate with SAGE leadership to prioritize tracking and identify new areas to track.
- Develop recommendations for tracking in line with SAGE's strategy and goals.
- Support projects to share insights with clients.
- Leverage regulatory and client BD data to identify opportunities for pitches and thought leadership.
- Stay informed on new tracking products and AI implementation to ensure market-leading service.
- Identify and develop client-facing products.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain productive relationships with peers, attorneys, and clients.
- Work closely with peers, colleagues, and attorneys to promote and champion SAGE's tracking.
Qualifications:
- Possesses an understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment in the US.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and identify trends.
- Familiar with legal information products and platforms, as well as MS Office.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and streamline processes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to identify and improve inefficiencies.
- Resourceful, creative, and solutions-oriented.
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range for this position is between $86,000 - $121,000, depending on qualifications and location.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, mental well-being benefits, parental leave, and 401K program.
