Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will manage all incoming and outgoing mail for the litigation legal team. Prepare, review, and assemble all legal documents. Assist with docket management. Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and process servers. Track and receive all media, affidavits, and pleadings. Generate and track all judgment documents. Enter all applicable information into firm's case management system. Collections or law firm experience is a plus. Should preferably have 2+ years of Legal Office experience.
