Job Title:
Clinical Documentation Specialist (Non-Clinical)

Job Responsibilities:
- Create polished PowerPoint and written reports using established templates and content library.
- Research healthcare topics independently to ensure accurate and efficient content development.
- Maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across all documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams in medical auditing and project management to clarify findings and ensure alignment.
- Translate technical audit results into accessible, professional language for C-suite audiences.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in technical or medical writing. Experience as a medical scribe or in clinical documentation is a big plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word).
- Excellent written English, including grammar, idioms, and healthcare terminology.
- Ability to manage and communicate around multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Salary Information:
- Target Hiring Range $56,000 - $74,000.
- Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
- Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that law firm provides to compensate and recognize staff professionals for their work.
- Full-time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- The employee is required to sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, talk and hear.
- The employee must occasionally lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
- Typical indoor office environment.
