Responsibilities:

Draft patent applications for innovative clients.
Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications.
Advise patent litigation teams based on technical and scientific expertise.
Interview inventors about new ideas.

Qualifications:

PhD in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or any bio-related field.
2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
Registered before the . Patent & Trademark office (preferred).
Strong English and Mandarin language skills.

Salary Information:

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $185,000.
Salary offered will depend upon individual qualifications and experience.
