Intern - Human Resources (Summer 2025)

**Members Only**, a top international law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Intern for our Washington, DC office to be a part of our 2025 Summer Internship Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Human Resources and Benefits department with administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and data entry
- Work on projects related to Compliance and Employment Policies
- Provide exceptional administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing an associate's, undergraduate, or high school degree with a strong GPA
- Interest in Human Resources, Compliance, or Learning & Development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous office experience is a plus

ADA Requirements:

- Ability to sit at a desk for most of the day and walk short distances
- Manual dexterity and speed in handling office equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work closely with others
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs

Employment Status:

- Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- In-office or Hybrid (Monday through Friday)

Salary Information:

- Pay range of USD per hour
- Limited benefits eligibility for part-time hourly role
