Midlevel Labor Relations Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The midlevel labor relations attorney will join the Employment Law and Labor Relations department at the law firm. The department represents local, regional, and national companies, as well as public entities and institutions, in all aspects of labor and employment law within both unionized and non-unionized environments. The attorney will assist clients in navigating various facets of labor law and relations, including collective bargaining and contract administration advice. The role also involves representing employers in arbitrations and board hearings.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be a member of the Oregon State Bar Association or be eligible for reciprocity. Having a Washington or California State Bar license is considered advantageous. The position is suited for individuals with four to six years of experience in management-side traditional labor law.

Salary Information:
The annual compensation for the associate level is based on years of experience and location, with a range from $167,000 to $217,000, excluding potential discretionary bonuses.
