Job Title: Courier

Job Responsibilities:
- The Courier is responsible for picking up clients and taking them to appointments, as well as picking up and dropping off documents to/from the courthouse and running errands to accommodate the staff workload.
- Walk between buildings or drive vehicles to deliver clients, documents, or other business-related items.
- Load vehicles correctly, taking necessary precautions, and unload vehicles while tending to firm tasks along delivery routes.
- Receive messages or materials to be delivered and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via firm device or in person.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries.
- Track and record information in accordance with firm procedures, checking in with the home office after completed runs to confirm tasks and receive instructions for other duties.
- Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles, such as monitoring fluid levels, general upkeep and cleanliness, and replenishing fuel.

Education and Experience Information:
- Previous experience as a courier/driver is required.
