Paralegal Responsibilities: Work closely with supervising attorney and other paralegals. Create and maintain databases for personal injury cases including mass tort litigations. Coordinate potential client information and data. Contact and follow up with clients throughout case litigation. Organize firm inventory. Analyze medical records. Follow media updates regarding mass tort litigations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Science or medical background is a plus. 2 years commitment is required; 3 years commitment is a plus. Excellent communication, verbal, and writing skills. Interest in mass tort, talc, asbestos, defective products, and pharmaceutical litigations. Strong ability to collect and analyze data using excel and various databases. The ability to work with new databases.
