Job Title: Patent Agent
Department: Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group
Locations: Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Washington, DC, Houston, Kansas City, or Phoenix offices
Experience: 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience
Education: Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics

Qualifications for Ideal Candidate:

- High level of academic achievement
- Solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience
- Superb writing and communication skills
- Admission to the USPTO

Preferred Experience:

- Patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies
- Data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security
- Machine learning/artificial intelligence and hardware security

Salary Information:

- Range: $110,000 - $190,000, depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus based on performance
- Eligible for medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan, and paid time off
