Qualified candidates must have strong office skills & experience. The ideal candidate should have a minimum two years of experience in law office with some personal injury experience preferred. Applicant must be motivated, organized, quick learner, able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, and be willing to take direction from attorneys. Primary responsibilities include: * Answering phones and communication with clients. * Preparing legal papers, pleadings, and correspondence, such as summonses, complaints, motions, discovery and subpoenas. * Coordinating and managing routine administrative work, such as opening matters, maintaining electronic and physical files, scheduling meetings and court appearances, managing deadlines. * Manage files in various stages of litigation including assisting with trial preparation This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
