Paul Hastings, a top international law firm, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Director of Finance and Operations Systems. In this role, you will oversee the delivery and management of all platforms and tools used by our Finance Department and lead a team in support of key projects and technical administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day oversight of the Finance and Operations Systems team, ensuring they are responsive to the business and maintaining a strong customer focus
- Guide the evolution of the team, mentoring and supporting each individual and setting clear performance goals
- Direct the team's efforts on key projects for the business, such as new tools for ebilling, collections, and budgeting, ensuring effective management and collaboration with the business
- Own technical administration of the Firm's accounting platform, 3E, and related tools, including ongoing enhancements and refinements
- Ensure the health, security, and stability of all assigned platforms and systems, managing patches and upgrades and making recommendations for improvement
- Lead engagement with the business on new solutions and service offerings
- Regularly report progress to the Managing Director of Enterprise Systems
- Demonstrate understanding of SDLC, change management, and incident management processes and ensure the team follows best practices
- Engage with other IT teams, InfoSec, and Vendor Management in support of new solutions
- Manage relationships with key vendors and assist with contract renewals
- Budget and forecast for the team

Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in information technology
- 3+ years managing and leading a technology team
- 3+ years working with legal Financial systems
- 3+ years successfully delivering complex technology projects
- Experience with cloud-based solutions preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of legal Financial Systems space and industry trends

Salary Range: $179,200 - $233,500 annually
