Job Title: Commercial Contracts Attorney - Income Principal

Job Responsibilities:
The Commercial Contracts Attorney at law firm will join the Business Group to work with both small and large business clients across various industry sectors. The role involves significant responsibilities in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, particularly in the consumer goods and consumer products industry. Key types of agreements include:
- Manufacturing Agreements
- Distribution Agreements
- Sales Broker Agreements
- Raw Material Supply Agreements
- Packaging Supply Agreements
- Equipment Leases
- Equipment Purchase Agreements
- Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements

The attorney will collaborate with talented colleagues across the law firm’s six offices, providing excellent client service and engaging in pro bono and public service matters. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail, and delivering responsive and professional service.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in commercial contract law is required, along with a portable book of business. The candidate should demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, and a client-service approach. Furthermore, the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse industries, manage significant individual responsibilities, and work both independently and as part of a diverse team is essential.

Salary Information:
The annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 to $325,000. The actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
