Job Title: Experienced Litigation Scheduling Paralegal at **Members Only**

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in high-volume personal injury case litigation
Overview:
- **Members Only** (WLG) is a personal injury law firm dedicated to improving the lives of the people they serve.
- The firm is looking for an experienced litigation scheduling paralegal to help manage a case load of 75-100 cases.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills, as well as previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a case load of 75-100 cases, including scheduling hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations.
- Schedule client meetings, such as discovery meetings, deposition prep, and trial prep.
- Maintain case notes and accurately manage attorney's calendar in the case management program.
- Draft deposition notices, hearing notices, and scheduling orders, as well as prepare client letters and other correspondence.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years (5 preferred) working in high-volume personal injury case litigation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and Case Management (FileVine).
- Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Ability to work overtime as required in order to timely accomplish work expectations.
