Job Title: Securities Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The Securities Paralegal at the law firm is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice group. Key duties include:
- Preparing documents for production
- Assisting in preparation for depositions and court proceedings
- Conducting detailed cite-checking and blue-booking
- Performing basic legal research
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates interested in the Securities Paralegal position must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills
- Show exacting attention to detail
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Have experience with Internet research, and familiarity with legal research databases such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
Salary Information:
