Paralegal The candidate' must be familiar with Estate Planning documents and planning, including Special Need Planning and the Trust Administration process. Should have experience in WealthCounsel that is a huge plus. Schedule client appointments and answer client questions about their matters. Consistent communication and coordinate with attorneys to discuss client matters, and keeping the probate matters or trust disputes moving forward. Hands-on-role dealing with a broad array of topics and tasks ranging from sophisticated planning to foundational planning and Trust administration. Notary required. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Post Secondary education and/or Paralegal Certification. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and judicial counsel forms. Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision.
