Job Summary:

**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Practice Development Coordinator for their Corporate, M&A & Securities Department. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within the firm. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm settings, with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. The Practice Development Coordinator will work closely with attorneys to support various business development and marketing initiatives, including event management, internal and external communications, and research. This position may be filled in multiple locations, with competitive base salaries and an exceptional benefits package offered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with coordinating key business development initiatives, from inception through implementation
- Execute marketing and business development strategies, projects, and events
- Work with attorneys to develop customized materials for presentations and proposals
- Conduct research on industries, prospects, and competitors
- Update and maintain the firm's practice development information, including marketing collateral, legal directory submissions, and biographies
- Plan, coordinate, and manage practice-specific events, webinars, and other communications
- Develop relationships with lead partners in the practice areas
- Perform other marketing and business development related responsibilities and projects as necessary

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to meet deadlines and handle a wide range of duties
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with law firm knowledge management platforms, such as Foundation, is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning about corporate transactions and developing new marketing initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and writing skills
