Job Title: Policy Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Legislative Monitoring and Research: The Policy Analyst is responsible for closely monitoring legislative and regulatory developments at both federal and state levels that impact clients, preparing summaries and analyses of such developments.
- Policy Analysis and Communication: The role involves assisting the team in drafting memoranda, policy briefs, letters, legislative summaries, talking points, and other materials for clients.
- Draft Detailed Documentation: The Policy Analyst will develop and disseminate legislative alerts, articles, and political updates for clients.
- Congressional and Agency Engagement: The position requires assisting the team with advocacy efforts, including coordinating meetings with members of Congress, Executive Agencies, and at political events in Washington, .
Education and Experience Information:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Professional Experience: Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in federal government roles, political campaigns, federal advocacy entities, or related fields.
- A strong understanding of the political and legislative processes is necessary, along with the ability to analyze and interpret legislation and policy impacts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Candidates should have a proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:
- The expected salary for the Policy Analyst position is $90,000.
