Temporary Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with mass tort litigation efforts. Will prepare and file complaints. Complete plaintiff fact sheets. Request medical records and confirm SOLs. Must have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant performing the above tasks. Mass tort experience is preferred. Should be proficient in standard Microsoft programs. Prior knowledge of Client Profiles is a plus. Note: This is a 100% remote work, with flexible shift schedule if needed.
