Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work in an amazingly stimulating and intellectually enriched environment supporting attorneys in the preparation of various applications and petitions including H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-130, adjustment of status, naturalization, and consular applications. Under attorney supervision, interact with diverse clients, brainstorm ideas for handling a case, find solutions to problems, prepare forms, and support letters, and respond to requests for evidence, PERM audit responses, and other documentation. Use the immigration case management system (INSZoom) to perform duties and also track billing on each case. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational and time-management skills; be detailed oriented, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced and busy immigration practice. Will also have opportunities to work on pro bono and other cases of great interest. Must also have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in similar duties.
