Litigation Paralegal at Law Firm At (JBF), our Litigation Paralegals are vital to our operations. They play a tremendous role in the success of our firm by not only supporting our attorneys, but allowing us to handle the multitude of cases that come to us on a daily basis. We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Richmond office. Job Description The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with the attorneys to ensure that each case is progressing through the litigation process. They will be responsible for facilitating the meeting of all deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders. In addition, they will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, managing attorney calendars and scheduling, maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes, aiding attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, gathering relevant information from a variety of sources, and serving as a liaison between trial teams and internal/external third parties. Requirements 2+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience required Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas highly preferred Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is in the range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
