Responsibilities:

As the Supervising Attorney in the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of attorneys and case managers in the pursuit of justice for our clients. Your duties will include:

- Managing a significant caseload and providing guidance and supervision to a team of Case Managers.
- Ensuring informative and compassionate client service is provided at all times.
- Collaborating with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
- Communicating daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
- Analyzing fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

- Be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Be able to effectively supervise and provide guidance and counsel to a team.
- Have experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $240,000, depending on experience. In addition, there are performance-based incentives that can increase compensation.

Experience Information:

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. Prior experience in supervising and guiding a team is also required. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
