Responsibilities:
- Provide support to groups of attorneys and/or paralegals, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and interfacing with clients and firm departments
- Prepare, revise, format, and finalize a variety of legal documents using the firm's software
- Conduct research and transcribe dictation as needed
- Maintain paper and electronic files in compliance with firm policies
- Foster professional relationships and teamwork within the assigned team
- Exhibit professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of litigation practice assistant or administrative experience in the legal industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and formatting documents is required, experience with Adobe, PowerPoint, and Excel is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work core business hours with flexibility for overtime
