The **Members Only** is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant District Attorney to join our team in the Public Integrity Bureau (PIB) within the Investigations Division. This is a lateral career opportunity, with a salary range of $97,000-$178,000, for a dynamic individual who is passionate about pursuing justice and serving the diverse community of million residents in Bronx County. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and be admitted to the New York State Bar in Good Standing, with 3+ years of experience conducting long-term criminal investigations, as well as experience in grand jury presentations and trials.

As an Investigative Assistant District Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including those involving corruption by public servants, government employees, and elected officials, as well as allegations of sexual abuse, excessive force, or misconduct by uniformed public servants. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, presenting grand jury presentations, prosecuting cases, and engaging in plea negotiations, hearings, and trials. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other law enforcement agencies and attend meetings and conferences with the DA's Office.

This position requires a strong knowledge of investigative methods and relevant laws, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and oral. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders is also essential. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctorate degree, be admitted to the New York State Bar in Good Standing, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term criminal investigations, grand jury presentations, and trials.
