Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate will join Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm. Will be drafting correspondence, pleadings, petitions and discovery; document management; knowledge of court rules; assist attorneys with deposition, mediation & trail preparation, proficiency in e-filing (state and federal); calendaring, docketing; and research skills.

The candidate must have 5+ years of experience. Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills, and be committed to doing an excellent job for clients. Should be highly motivated, able to multi-task, handle a high-volume case load, and meet deadlines. Strong experience required. Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required. Mass Tort Experience a plus. Paralegal Certification a plus.
