Position: Japanese Speaking- Legal Prompter, Technology Specialist
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal practice, courtroom interpretation, paralegal or legal industry professional
Salary: Base compensation range varies based on location, $70,000 - $130,000 for eligible US locations, $80,640 - $149,760 for eligible office locations including New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, McLean, VA, and Washington, DC. Annual bonus may also be eligible based on enterprise and individual performance.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine language prompts for state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Ensure accurate and contextually appropriate responses for the Japanese legal market
- Design and implement new features and capabilities for the CoCounsel platform
- Integrate language models into the system
- Contribute to platform's content and functionality with a focus on Japanese language and legal expertise
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in written and spoken Japanese with native speaker-level language skills or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of the Japanese legal system and industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal practice, courtroom interpretation, paralegal or legal industry professional
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and clear writing skills
- Experience with technology and software applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with language models, natural language processing, or machine learning
- Familiarity with programming concepts and languages
- Experience working with APIs, data sources, and software development methodologies
