Experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing draft discovery as well as discovery responses, preparation of subpoenas, procuring and following up on medical records requests, investigative background checks on parties in our cases, social media research, corresponding with expert witnesses, and other similar paralegal duties. Should have 5 years of insurance defense experience. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word. Must be familiar with South Carolina Civil Rules of Procedure. Excellent communication skills, typing skills, computer skills and interpersonal skills and professional appearance. Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of professionals.
