Job Responsibilities:
Join the law firm as a Revenue Coordinator where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of one of the world's leading law firms. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing the billing and collection processes, ensuring that invoicing is accurate and timely, which is crucial for maintaining the firm's financial health. Key duties include:
- Leading the billing cycle by managing the entire billing lifecycle for assigned partners and clients, from proforma review to final invoice submission. This requires ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
- Driving collections and cash flow by monitoring accounts receivable, tracking payments, and coordinating collections with attorneys, clients, and the finance team. You will also be responsible for resolving any payment discrepancies.
- Tackling complex billing issues by handling intricate billing needs, including rate accommodations, high-level write-offs, and client-specific requests with a problem-solving approach.
- Mastering e-billing by overseeing electronic billing via LEDES files and eBillingHub, ensuring successful submissions, and promptly resolving rejections or issues.
- Partnering with stakeholders by collaborating closely with partners, clients, and internal teams to discuss billing strategy, address questions, and support revenue goals.
- Delivering exceptional service by serving as the go-to contact for billing inquiries, providing prompt, professional support that strengthens client and attorney relationships.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of billing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting. Additional qualifications include:
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and compliance with client policies.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and efficiency skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with attorneys, clients, and finance teams, showcasing your ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
- Adaptability and proactivity in navigating challenges, solving problems, and communicating issues clearly and promptly.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Elite 3E and eBilling systems like eBillingHub or similar, indicating a tech-savvy approach.

Salary Information:
The base salary range for the Revenue Coordinator position in New York is between $75,000 and $92,000. This range may vary based on geographic location and cost of living considerations.
