Paralegal The candidate will correspond with Court Officers via Telephone, Email, Fax and Letter with regards to active executions. Troubleshoot files. Transmit status reports to clients. Communicate with the Court regarding pending motions, ex parte orders, etc.. Prepare and File documents such as executions, judgments, ex parte orders, etc. with the Court.
