Job Title: Case Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle various case types, including commercial cases, government claims, premise liability, product liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful deaths.
- Identify additional recovery avenues, such as government claims, product liability, and potential course and scope.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, handling escalated calls and basic case management.
- Prepare and review 1P recorded statements before submission to insurance without management approval.
- Maintain a low sub out rate (less than 3%).
- Achieve consistent policy limit settlements for higher limit cases (100/300 and above).
- Possess basic knowledge of litigation and coordinate with a litigation team for treatment.
- Meet or exceed personal goals as discussed with the manager.
- Be familiar with personal injury and providers in Washington state.

Leadership Skills:

- Ability and willingness to train and develop others.
- Participate in case management discussions.
- Assist and mentor team members in urgent situations.
- Successfully delegate duties when needed.

Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good follow-up and follow-through abilities.
- Able to multitask and eager to learn and grow.
- Works well under pressure and is detail-oriented.
- Team player.

Education and Experience Information:

- At least 1 year of stable work experience in the same place.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Case Manager experience in personal injury.

Salary Information:

- Pay: $24/hr - $50/hr Plus Bonus.
