Paralegal The candidate will provide paralegal and administrative support to legal counsel in the Eviction, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Departments. Assisting attorneys with legal research. Assisting attorneys with the preparation of pre-foreclosure documentation. Assisting attorneys with the preparation of demand letters. Processing legal invoices for payment. Monitoring the legal inboxes. Preparing complaint responses. Assisting the research and lien release departments with various tasks. Reviewing emails from Client Services primarily regarding first lien foreclosures. Bachelor's Degree with Minimum GPA of ; Or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent or a combination of education and experience. Paralegal certification a plus. Should have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, detailed oriented and have the ability to handle a large volume of work. Knowledge of the whole foreclosure process and Title is preferred.
