Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for a wide range of programming assignments that require a deep understanding of established programming procedures and data processing requirements. The incumbent is involved in various facets of the software development process, which includes researching, designing, developing, and testing software. Responsibilities include:
- Participating in full Agile lifecycle application development.
- Utilizing tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, TFS, or GIT.
- Designing, coding, and debugging applications using technologies like C#, TSQL, WPF/XAML, MVVM, MVC, HTML , CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Conducting software analysis, requirements analysis, software review, code metrics identification, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis.
- Performing Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).
- Engaging in software modeling and simulation.
- Designing front-end graphical user interfaces.
- Conducting software testing and quality assurance.
- Performing performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation.
- Gaining experience in integration and automation.
- Supporting, maintaining, and documenting software functionality.
- Integrating new software programs with existing systems.
- Evaluating and identifying new technologies for implementation.
- Maintaining standards compliance.
- Assisting with other duties and special projects as required.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is required.
- A minimum of five years of related experience is necessary.
