Law Firm Seeking Proposal Specialist with Marketing and Business Development Experience

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading national law firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This full-time position will support the firm's efforts in responding to request for proposals (RFPs) while adhering to firm strategy, business development goals, and client relationship management objectives. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Proposal Manager and work closely with attorneys and Business Development Managers to develop effective strategies and proposals. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office per week and can be located in multiple cities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage RFP responses
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to complete projects
- Handle RFP intake, determine relevant team members, and provide proposal support
- Maintain proposal milestones schedule
- Ensure understanding of business requirements and strategy
- Oversee experience database rollout

Qualifications:

-
- 3-5 years of experience in a proposal role, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional client service
