- Assist with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience and strong customer service background
- Resourceful and detail-oriented with a track record of meeting goals and deadlines
- Must be able to work weekends

Law Firm Seeking Experienced BDC Sales Representative (Legal Sales) in Dallas

Our Dallas office is looking for an experienced BDC Sales Representative (Legal Sales) who is eager to grow within the legal industry. As the first point of contact with potential clients, this role requires someone with strong business development skills and excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to screen leads and obtain case details to determine if a case should be retained. This position will involve working weekends and commuting to our Dallas office as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Screen incoming calls and schedule attorney-client consultations
- Monitor all potential new client inquiries through various means (email, phone, referrals)
- Immediately contact and establish relationships with potential clients
- Update logs and reporting systems to track potential new clients
- Conduct interviews with potential clients with empathy and compassion
- Schedule appointments for potential clients
- Take accurate notes during the initial consultation process
- Collaborate with attorneys to complete the consultation process
- Assist with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases
- Follow instructions from the supervising attorney
- Perform tasks such as writing emails, transcribing notes, and researching legal documents

Qualifications:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, customer service experience a plus
- Performance-based metrics background
- Case Management software experience a plus
- Resourceful and detail-oriented
- Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines
- Must be able to work weekends
- Sales experience in any industry encouraged to apply
