Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage high volume personal injury caseloads through the litigation process. Edit and revise documents as instructed by Attorney and/or Client. Communicate and maintain positive client relationships. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents as required. Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared. Assist in trial preparation. Should have ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service.
