Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney in the Single Plaintiff Employment Litigation role will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks within the realm of employment law. The primary duties include:

- Engaging in law and motion work, including preparing and responding to dispositive motions, moving to compel arbitration, and handling discovery-related motions. This entails a strong understanding of procedural law and strategic litigation practices.
- Preparing case evaluations for clients, offering insights and recommendations based on the analysis of case facts and potential outcomes.
- Proactively handling and managing cases, which involves strategic planning, case development, and client communication to ensure effective case resolution.
- Preparing for and attending mediations, which includes drafting mediation briefs and negotiating settlements where appropriate.
- Attending court hearings and status conferences, and arguing dispositive motions, requiring strong courtroom presence and effective communication skills.
- Possessing arbitration and trial experience, which is essential for cases that proceed to trial or require alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Demonstrating excellent research and writing skills to prepare comprehensive legal documents and communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
