Manager, IT Training at a Leading Global Law Firm

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the firm's IT training program
- Manage IT training initiatives and drive critical, user-facing IT communications
- Lead a team of IT Trainers and serve as a key resource for application support and testing
- Utilize AI tools to enhance and personalize training experiences
- Promote emerging technologies to help users effectively incorporate AI and automation
- Analyze user data to identify training needs and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients to align IT services with organizational goals
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends relevant to legal professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT Training experience, with 3+ years in a people management role
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and IT certifications are highly desirable
- Knowledge of AI concepts and experience with PC and LAN systems
- Proficiency in Technical Training within a law firm or professional services environment
- Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- 10-15% overnight travel may be required

Salary Information:
- Eligible for overtime: No
- Target Salary Range: $94,700 - $169,200, depending on location
- Locations: Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Washington DC
