Immigration Paralegal The candidate will, under direct attorney supervision, prepare and file a full range of immigrant and/or non-immigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS applications. Will work directly with clients. Enter and maintain data in immigration case management system. Organize and maintain immigration files. Work directly with attorneys and other team members to manage caseload from intake through processing and filing. Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions. Must have 1-3 years of experience working in business immigration with both NIV and IV employment-based matters. Experience in a high volume practice is preferred. Should have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certificate will be considered a plus. Experience with immigration databases, data entry, and MS Excel/Outlook is a plus.
