Job Title: Salesforce & Litify Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
The Salesforce & Litify Administrator is tasked with managing and optimizing the law firm's Litify platform and the broader Salesforce environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring and maintaining objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and custom settings within the Salesforce environment.
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce Flows to enhance platform functionality.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users experiencing issues with the platform.
- Assisting in the development and distribution of training materials for updates and new features of Litify.
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration and synchronization issues across various platforms such as Assuresign, Outlook, and DMS.
- Collaborating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve technical problems.
- Performing data imports, updates, and deduplication tasks as required to maintain data quality and integrity.
- Building and managing reports and dashboards to support the business needs of the law firm.
- Managing Salesforce user profiles and access rights to ensure appropriate access control.
- Assisting with platform updates, including Litify, DocRio, Salesforce, and other integrations.
- Documenting configuration changes, flows, and standard operating procedures to maintain comprehensive records.
- Providing responsive and empathetic customer support, assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels.
- Staying current with Salesforce and Litify platform updates and recommending best practices to the team.
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Salesforce & Litify Administrator position will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience and education totaling four years.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience administering the Litify platform, with at least 1 year of this experience gained in a law firm environment.
- A Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201), or the completion of this certification within 60 days of employment as a condition of employment.
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Completion of Litify Learning Hub Administrator courses.
- Experience with DocRio and Docrio Email.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows and declarative development tools.
- Experience with data imports and exports using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
- Familiarity with integration troubleshooting and API-based workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or a law firm environment.
- Direct experience administering the Litify CRM product.
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in sandbox management and debugging/troubleshooting Salesforce automations.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
- Exposure to Apex, SOQL, or other development tools is a plus but not required.
Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and a favorable driving record.
- The role may require occasional prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
