Job Title: eDiscovery/TAR Senior Consultant, Custom Solutions Analytics
Job Responsibilities:
- The Senior Consultant must be detail-oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit leadership capabilities.
- Utilize tools such as Relativity, Brainspace, Excel, and proprietary tools to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions and workflows.
- Manage the execution of solutions and workflows from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Relativity’s user interface, machine learning, and search capabilities.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and drive these improvements independently.
- Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and implement optimal solutions.
- Lead large-scale, complex projects, particularly in Technology Assisted Review, with minimal oversight.
- Act as a subject matter expert, presenting analytics offerings to clients and internal teams.
- Identify analytics opportunities and ensure they are captured and leveraged effectively.
- Communicate, coordinate, and implement solutions and workflows, ensuring clear communication with project teams.
- Advise internal teams on existing strategies and develop new ones as required.
- Conduct full project audits when necessary.
- Understand and strategize the corporate impact by tailoring solutions to meet both business and project needs.
- Identify and propose alternative solutions for workflows, client agreements, and proposals that conflict with business interests.
- Enter metrics related to billing time entry and culling in line with team expectations.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Education Requirements: ., Paralegal Certificate, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Retrieval Sciences) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum Experience Requirements: At least 4 years of experience.
- Extensive experience with the Relativity user interface.
- Proven work experience in the eDiscovery industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Possession of industry certifications is required.
