Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the Partner Recruiting and Integration team, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic priorities
- Collaborate with firm management and practice group leaders to identify hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts
- Develop targeted lateral partner recruitment strategies and monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Oversee integration plans for new lateral partners, ensuring alignment with firm culture and values
- Act as a trusted advisor to firm leadership on partner recruitment and integration matters
- Build relationships with practice group leaders and serve as a liaison between departments
- Evaluate and enhance recruitment and integration processes
- Deliver regular reports to firm leadership on recruitment metrics and market trends

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Leadership or management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of social media tools and resources
