Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intake/Sales Representative to join our dynamic Intake team.

Job Summary:
- The Intake/Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process.
- This role requires excellent customer service skills, solid sales acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our legal services.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in high volume client and/or customer service, preferably in a legal, banking, insurance, or other person-to-person industry.
- 1+ years of proven sales experience selling a needed service to a client or customer.
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Flexibility to work a 40 hour work week, between the hours of 8:30am - 7:30pm.
- High school diploma/GED required, some college or a degree preferred.
